Question elite weapons

i have been trying to get elite weapons for a long time and everybody says the best way to get them are common dragon drops.well,i have smashed about 20 dragons in FV and i havent gotten anything better than a great weapon.why am inot getting any?

You need to samsh a lot! I have smashed 200+ and I have gotten a lot of elites.

They are not common at all. The more work you do the better drop you get. So keep smashing dragons i will get you one for free
