The best way to get stickers and loops is send the mail- Gimme a sticker, and I wanna rock! mail to all the networkers your friends with. Also you can browse on higher ranked networkers and trade for them on their pages. That is if you can. Sometimes the networkers ask for higher ranked stuff that you don't have yet. Also, there are several secret networkers like dead letter postman that can give you lots of stickers. Collect as many as you can and build the coolest soundtrack and sticker module ever!
