1. Under no circustances will you brind a violent or biological wweapon into my systm
2. I you do we will trap your life source and tortue you
3. Foreign people can only come by premission from my government

I'm against any mass destruction of anything (except an enemy) on a planet especially if it changes the planet forever or for a long time, like bio weapons. The Atnlay rarely, if ever, use bio weapons, nor do we let them be shipped in areas we control. We may allow endangered animals to be shipped if the person shipping them has the correct license. So basically I say, no bio weapons, strict permits for endangered animals, drugs are banned from use or shipping, certain weapons should be allowed. Every civillian should have the right to carry some sort of fire arm to protect him/her self.
