Star Deputy Badge...

I finally got Bob Skull's coordinates and I get a mail message "Sorry, this mission is closed".
Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
He won't be my friend, so I can never get the Star Justice Badge of Honor. And after all that work
I put into earning it! Soooooooooooo frustrating!!!
Unless, someone knows a way around it...???
Gosh, why they don't send messages to people letting them know those modules are now useless.

So you definitely can't befriend him? ouch I thought They would only send that message to people without the requirements

Well that's weird; I removed Bob Skull as a friend and then added him again without any difficulty...

Hmm....yeah, they closed down those networkers and thus the minirank...sorry, I don't think that you can do much about it now...except sell your items.
