Lego Universe needs better Mythrans!!!

Okay as pretty much none of you know right now,i have completed the kill 1,000 pirate stromlings almost a month ago,but unfortunately it glitched up when i was getting the item,so i did not receive the captains pirate hat. Conversing with the BB's for over 3 weeks about this issue,they keep saying they were investigating the issue,and are trying to recover the item.
Well now they just notified me that they CAN'T get me the captains pirate hat,and say that i should have notified them immediately and if i see anything else in the future to just contact them. Well i DID contact them immediately when this happened,and THEY were the ones that procrastinated this for over 3 weeks!!! I even provided the screen shots and had to tell the same story over and over again to different BB's,but guess what,I DON'T HAVE IT!!!

I sent them a strong reply back,and i sure hope they can give me this priceless item,i sure didn't get the game for the mythrans to mess these things that i worked hard on doing.

That IS bad...

I can tell you right now that Mythrans have access to and can get ANY ITEM AVAILABLE.

However, I will admit that the list of items is VERY extensive. They may be having troubles finding it.

And yes, I do mean extensive. However... they should be more organized, if that's the case.

You should get them to make you a GM for like five seconds. Then I could give you the Macro, and you could get the item... Razz

But they're not gonna do that, so don't get your hopes up...

They do try their best, though. I think there are limits to what they can and can't do. But an item should be easy.

Are you online when talking to them?

Don't let them send you through email!! The people who work email DO NOT CARE, and I think at least some of them are automated computers! The ONLY way to ensure a response is through Live Chat.

Trust me, I've worked with them before-the people at Live Chat care a LOT more than the "people" who tend the email servers. :/ Neutral

LEGO have decided that we cannot reimburse you for this item. In future, if an item is lost you must report it immediately. We need to know the time and date the item is lost.

If it has been gone for more than 7 days, we cannot get it back for you. So get back out there Explorer and get smashing.

If you have any more questions, please contact us again.

The funny thing is i DID report it immediately,and reported it for over 3 weeks and still not captains pirate hat.

That's typical LEGO Rolling Eyes. Testing LU for 10 months gives me a lot of experience with there procedures! As flipz said the email people are sometimes computer send outs and actually they are. If you see BB on emails then your fine. Live Chat is the best way however a lot of fools use it to ask silly questions so if your put on hold for ages then you know who's putting you on hold!

That's gotta be the dumbest thing I've ever heard.

The only thing I think might be the case is that, when you loose an item, it is kept in a cache for up to seven days. After that, the cache is cleared, and they have no official record you actually had the item. At that point, I would guess Company Policy prohibits them from sending you the item.

And yes, their emails USED to be automated. Now, however, they are occasionally-altered-template-based replies.

Try Live Chat again, and don't let them push you over.

Still, don't get mad at them. They aren't normally like that...

Well good news,i did live chat AGAIN,but luckily i got a BB which i recognized from beta,and finally i got it!!!!! Very Happy `Well although i got it,i am still worried about other player that might encounter this,and yet have over 3 weeks of frustration.


By the way,i don't think it is from a computer,because there have been typo's.
