Major Bummer...
My grandson 2Mak07 was in game today, and was looking at properties. BTW Jedi, Zombie and Jayko.. he was all OH wow!! about your props.
Anyhow, he went to this lab build by Hollis? I do not know him. It was very cool looking, but he kept getting smashed in the elevator. We both laughed about it until he noticed all his coins were gone. I have never lost coins getting smashed on anyone's property before... and didn't know you could. He is very upset..he had just accumulated enough to get his rank 3 book and almost 1 piece of rank 3 gear...
We filed an ingame report, and this is the response he got via email
Thank you for your request but the Maelstrom has taken over for a short time! It might take a little longer but as soon as we have driven back the dark forces, we’ll be in contact! Please help us and continue your fight against the Maelstrom!

Has anyone else had this happen?? Had any luck getting it fixed?? Have any ideas??
Neither of us has rank 3 gear yet, and sadly I missed the wishing well bonanza, or I would just give him the cash and call it a day. So I am hoping there is a way to get his cash back.

We cannot return any of your lost money this is beyond our powers as Mythrans.
You can go smash some stromlings in any zone and soon you will have replaced all the money you lost.

You should say
If you have negative money (-15 coins FE), then you are able to buy everything for free, that might help as well.
and ask if they can return you a piece of the rank 3 gear and a rank 3 book.

1. I hate to tell you, but they just flat out lied. I've seen a Macro that Mythrans can use to add currency. Company Policy strikes back, I suppose. They really ought to change that...MsRowdyRedhead wrote:UPDATE::

2. The property SHOULD NEVER TAKE COINS WHEN YOU SMASH. This is a bug, and the very least support could have done is trade 2Mak07 some coins.
Tell him to look up Supersoradude in-game; for him, I'll gladly donate my coins.
And the elevator bug is a common problem which can be worked around by continuous jumping.
