Well, If you still need agent's dossiers, Play one of the two agent minigames. A simple cheat called "Ghost" Really helps you.

If you are talking about the Racers one, then you can search on google, There are a ton of cheats there. That's the only badge I can think of atm.

heer they are:

Ghost
makes you go through walls or even water!

Micro
makes you smaller Smile

Sabortage
makes enimeis slower.

Spawn
makes you be able to be any vehicle you have unlocked in the past.
