Someone Stole My name!

Well, I went to create my minfig "Flipz" and found out that...someone else is using my name!! They could be running around LU, saying bad things or violating any number of rules, and they're using MY LEGO.com account name to do it! What should I do to fix the problem?

Woah. You should probably email a dispute to lego. If not, then you would have to make a new name or make a variation of it. This is weird...

They didn't hack my account, they just used my name for their minifig. I sent LEGO an in-game abuse report, do you think I should start a topic on the LMBs as well?

Definitely contact the LU support team via email, but ALSO file an in game report, so that mods on duty can maybe catch this guy online.

Well, actually everyone can take the name they wish, the only thing is that they need to be first. 
However, that names of the LEGO ID should be blocked for users so the users can take their own LEGO ID name.
